Singapore Pools

I wonder why people can actually queue up for such a long time just to buy a piece of ticket. Some tickets will be worthless after a draw on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays evening while some tickets will be full of value after a draw. Know what ticket I'm talking about?

The 4D, Toto, Soccer betting tickets. Recently there is this new "toy" for adults called ScratchIt whereby you scratch the card using a coin or whatever, and if there is 3 matches of the same design, you win the amount stated on the design. My grandma can spend $10 buying 10 tickets each week and sometimes winning only $1 or even none. Because the cards are printed by Singapore Pools, you'll never know if there're $10,000 designs on it.

They should change it to Singapore Fools instead. For fools only.
